Rahim was a Human who served as medical officer aboard the Weyland-Yutani Corporation C- Class deep space exploration vessel USCSS Maginot.

Biography

Rahim was born sometime prior to 2055, the year the Maginot embarked on its 65 year mission. During a break from stasis, he placed a collar camera on the ship's cat Rascal, which later captured him playing the card game gin rummy with Chibuzo and discussing the nature of D. Plumbicare, one of the alien specimens obtained during the mission.

In 2120, four months away from Earth, he immediately lit a cigarette after emerging from stasis. During a crew meal, Rahim was seen taking food from Petrovich, joking that it is his recommendation as a doctor to not have a heavy meal before going into a Hypersleep chamber. He also tells Sullivan the reason that statis creeps her out is because fellow crew member Teng stares at her whilst she is sleeping.

After the Maginot crashed in Prodigy City, New Siam, Rahim's body was found tangled in wires in the ships medical bay (along with those of Malachite and Chibuzo) by Rashidi and Siberian, soldiers working for the Prodigy Corporation during search and rescue.
