Benjamin Rashidi was a Human who worked as a soldier for the Prodigy Corporation Security Services in Prodigy City, New Siam.

Biography

In 2120, Rashidi had risen to the rank of Sergeant in the Prodigy Corp security services. He was part of a team of corporate soldiers, alongside Bergerfeld, Siberian, Hoyt, Brahma, Anant and Cortez, as well as medic Joe Hermit, who were deployed to the crash site of the USCSS Maginot to perform search and rescue operations.

Once on scene, he identifies the crashed ship as a Weyland-Yutani science vessel, having collected trading cards on spacecraft when he was a child. He orders Hoyt and Anant to search in one direction, whereas he forms a smaller three man team with Siberian and Hermit to search in the other. They first cleared the Maginot's damaged Hypersleep chamber, finding the bodies of Sullivan and Petrovich, who appeared to have been killed by Chestbursters. Hermit told Rashidi they had likely been dead for a week based on blood coagulation, and weren't killed in the crash.

They followed the blood trail from one of the hypersleep pods to the ships medical bay, and found bodies of medical officer Rahim and science officer Chibuzo, as well as engineers mate Malachite who appeared to have been undergoing surgery before he died. Rashidi questions why anyone would attempt to perform surgery on a crashing ship. Hermit examines the medical logs, noting Malachite had a foreign body lining his GI tract at the time of the attempted operation. He tells Rashidi that the medical incident code 1652 indicates presence of an alien life form. During this time, unbeknownst to Rashidi and his colleagues, they are stalked by a Xenomorph drone.

Transitioning from the wrecked Maginot into the damaged residential tower, Rashidi and Siberian jump across a gap in a broken stairwell to continue their search. Hermit attempts to follow, but is attacked by the Xenomorph and falls down to a lower level and continues to be chased by the creature.
