Curly, born Jane Mita, was a terminally ill 12-year old Human girl who had her mind transferred to an adult Synthetic body known as a Hybrid. She, along with the other Lost Boys, investigated the USCSS Maginot's crash in New Siam.

Biography

Curly had been born prior to 2108. She had been terminally ill and was unable to walk, which required her to use a wheelchair. She was selected as one of the children to undergo the procedure to become a Hybrid and was the last to be transferred.

Personality and Traits

Curly expressed some one-sided animosity and competitive nature towards Wendy, the first of the Hybrids, with the belief that Wendy was favoured by Boy Kavalier, the CEO of Prodigy Corporation. She was shown to be protective of the other Hybrids, namely Nibs, and blamed Wendy for Nibs' distress. Further, Curly expressed a preference for Prodigy Corporation, choosing to stay when Nibs, Joseph Hermit and Wendy decide to leave, and feared that she'd get kicked out from Neverland if she were to see her family.

Trivia

• She has referred to Dame Sylvia as 'mom' when she sought comfort.
• Both her and Tootles were referred to as the oldest by Slightly, as they were both 12 when they became Hybrids.
  • However, Wendy was also considered the oldest purely by being the first Hybrid.
