Sue was a resident of Gunnison, Colorado. In 2004, she fell pregnant and was placed in the maternity ward at the Gunnison County Hospital. She subsequently became involved in the Xenomorph outbreak that ultimately led to the destruction of the town.

Sue fell victim to the Predalien, which impregnated her with Bellybursters moments after her water broke. She died when the creatures tore their way out of her stomach.

Behind the scenes

The actress who plays Sue, Victoria Bidwell, was actually pregnant during shooting of the hospital scene.[4] Bidwell got the part because she was pregnant, had a good scream and had won pregnancy bikini contests.
